Welcome to the Beamsley Project Charitable Trust, Bolton Abbey, Skipton.

The Beamsley Project is an independent charity with over 25 years experience in providing wheelchair friendly, self-catering holiday accommodation for groups and families in the Yorkshire Dales. 

We would like to ensure everyone can experience the delights of the Yorkshire Dales.

 

Located within the beautiful Yorkshire Dales

On the edge of the magnificent Yorkshire Dales National Park. 

Close to the historic market towns of Skipton, Ilkley and Harrogate, on the Bolton Abbey Estate, North Yorkshire.

Just over 20 miles from Leeds & Bradford. A perfect central location.

Our Mission

Our aim is to provide an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome.  Our unique space allows us to cater for all types of groups, from family gatherings, community groups, schools, colleges, wedding blessings and businesses. Create so many memories with family, friends or colleagues, with the peace of mind that all your group are catered for. Our guests are at the heart of everything we do and its our mission to ensure you can enjoy your holiday exploring the Yorkshire Dales, without having to worry about your accommodation not being suitable for your needs.

Group Centre

Formily the Beamsley Methodist Church, our group centre can accommodate up to 24 guests over 8 bedrooms.  Our buidling has been lovingly adapted to allow wheelchair access throughout and we provide a wide selection of additional equipment to support you during your holiday

Holiday Cottage

Our accessible 19th century cottage is located adjacent to our main centre. Although it is attached to the centre it is also independent from it, with its own front and rear entrances and can be hired separately to the centre or as an annexe for large groups.
