At the Beamsley Project, we believe that everyone—regardless of ability or circumstance—deserves the chance to relax, recharge, and explore. Our fully accessible centre in the heart of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales is a welcoming space where disabled people, their families, and carers can enjoy meaningful, memory-making holidays without barriers.
But we can't do it alone.
We receive no government funding or support from national organisations. While our guests contribute towards the cost of their stay, we subsidise every visit to keep it affordable. That’s only possible thanks to the kindness of donors and the incredible efforts of our fundraisers.
Your support helps break down barriers, creating inclusive, life-changing holidays in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales for disabled people, their families, and carers.
But many people still can’t afford even a subsidised break.
Through our Bursary Scheme, we offer free or further reduced-cost holidays to individuals, families, and groups facing financial hardship. For some, it’s a rare chance to relax and recharge. For carers, it can be vital respite—often their only real break in the year.
